Suspending Minecraft by performing actions in the server menu

Problem Description:

Hello,

I am using the KingdomsX plugin on my server. When I try to enable the resource converter feature (by clicking the wheat icon), Minecraft freezes and an error occurs.

I have already contacted the plugin author, who suggested that the problem may lie on the launcher side and that I should contact its creators about this issue.
