I can't start the launcher – "repo" is null

Problem description:

Hi, after reinstalling the system I’m trying to install the launcher and this error pops up.
I checked Discord/forums and saw that a few people had the same issue, but there was no solution anywhere.

I migrated the CL infrastructure to new servers, which caused this error – but I finished the operation last night and everything should now be working correctly.
