Failed to initialise Browser error

Problem Description:

While trying to launch the latest version, after a second or two the window freezes while displaying the following message. I’ve tried reinstalling the launcher, launching as administrator, disabling the Windows Defender, updating Java, updating Microsoft Edge WebView. I believe I can’t provide a log because the whole app freezes and re-launching it via restarting the whole PC wipes out the console.
